IP John Costa and IEVP Yvette Trujillo stood in solidarity at the NALC “Hell No! to Dismantling the Postal Service” rally.

With the jobs of our fellow Union postal service members under attack and threats of privatizing the postal service, International President John Costa and International Executive Vice President Yvette Trujillo stood in solidarity at the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) “Hell No! to Dismantling the Postal Service” rally.

Costa fired up the rally, “I’m here on behalf of our 200,00 members to support you. We are Stronger Together. Just like the transit industry, the postal service is not-for-profit. It’s a service for the people. We do the jobs out there. We get abused and spit on. We get robbed and even killed. We service the people. We are here for you, and we support you.”

It was a defiant rally led by NALC President Brian Renfroe, featuring speeches by labor and Congressional leaders in the labor movement.
