This week, ATU Director of Apprenticeships and Workforce Development Jamaine Gibson, ATU Workforce Development Coordinator Eliseo Acosta, Jr., and our Locals 168-Scranton, PA, and 164-Wilkes Barre, PA. met with COLTS Transit leadership to discuss developing Mentoring and Apprenticeship programs with the transit agency.
Also in attendance were representatives from local colleges, the Scranton area Chamber of Commerce workforce development members and International Vice President Ray Greaves. Our Union is setting the standard for transit apprenticeship programs across North America. #ATUStrongerTogether
