As part of National Apprenticeship Week, Local 689-Washington, DC, President/Business Agent Raymond Jackson joined two of our Local 689 members who received certificates for completing an apprenticeship program at a ceremony hosted by Acting U.S. Labor Secretary Julie Su, Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona, and other White House officials at the U.S. Department of Labor.
