Welcome to our newest Bus Mechanic apprentices at Local 1287-Kansas City, MO. These are the first graduates of the new innovative apprenticeship program developed by our Local and the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority. Under International President John Costa’s leadership, our Union has set the standard for developing these important apprenticeship programs in the transit industry.
